Accessibility statement
This site serves people who are already navigating difficult systems. Accessibility is a requirement of the work, not a finishing pass. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Keyboard and screen reader
Every filter, drawer, dialog, and multi-step form works from the keyboard alone, with a skip link, visible focus, and named landmarks on each page.
Contrast and typography
Text and interface colors are checked against WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes. Body text scales with browser zoom without loss of content.
Motion
Animation is decorative. When your device requests reduced motion, transitions collapse to instant state changes and scroll-linked effects stop.
Targets and spacing
Interactive controls meet a minimum 44 by 44 pixel touch target so the site is usable on a phone one-handed.
Structure
Headings run in order, tables carry captions and header scopes, filter results announce changes politely, and icon-only buttons carry text labels.
